Clients who have lines of Credit within Emburse Cards are able to see all details surrounding the line within the Account Details tab on their Emburse Cards Dashboard.
The Balance section details the Current Balance, Available Credit, and Total Credit Line Limit.
Within the Payments section you will see the current Statement Balance, the auto-pay account on file, and the next payment date.
Within the Payments section you also have an Audit Ledger showing all payment history within the account. These details show the date, amount, and account the payment was made from.
The option to make a manual payment is housed within the account details page, and can be found within the Payment section, as well as Payment History page. When a manual payment is made in between cycle dates this will free up additional credit to be used within that period. Manual Payments can be made at any time if needed.
