Create a Custom CSV
You can customize which columns appear in the CSV you download from Emburse Cards by editing the CSV format on the Accounting page.

Prerequisites
You must have Accountant or Admin permissions to edit the CSV format.
Edit the CSV Columns
Use the field mapping tool to add, remove, and reorder columns.
| 1. | Go to the Accounting page. |
| 2. | Under Download, select Edit .CSV Format. |
| 3. | Add, edit, or remove the columns that appear in the CSV. |
| 4. | Select Add Field Mapping to add additional columns. |
| 5. | Use the row controls to edit, remove, or move columns. |
| 6. | Save your changes. |
After you save, future CSV downloads use the updated columns.
Apply Default Templates
Select a default template to quickly apply a predefined set of columns.
You can change which default templates apply to your custom CSV.
