Negative Balance Account Alerting
A new alerting workflow now notifies program administrators when an account remains in a negative balance state for an extended period.
After 1 day, program administrators receive an email notification about the negative balance.
This alert improves visibility into accounts with sustained negative balances so administrators can review and address them sooner.
Cardholder-Level PAN Visibility for Virtual Cards
Virtual card numbers (PAN) are now visible only to the assigned cardholder.
This change strengthens security by limiting access to sensitive card information and reducing the risk of unauthorized card data exposure.
