Highlights
- Pre-approval notifications expanded: Admins now receive budget request alerts alongside supervisors, improving visibility and response time

- Transfer and account alerts added: New notifications and in-app messaging help admins quickly identify and resolve transfer issues
Features
ADMIN
Billing Address Managed at User Level
Billing addresses are now tied to the user profile instead of individual cards. All physical and virtual cards assigned to a user share the same billing address.
By default, the billing address matches the company address. Admins can update the billing address for individual users as needed. This change reduces manual updates and ensures consistency across cards. It also supports smoother card replacements and renewals, since user details carry over automatically.
Existing cards continue to work without interruption. If a billing address is updated, all cards for that user reflect the change going forward.
See Manage Users' Billing Addresses for more information.
Improvements
ADMIN
Pre-Approval Notification Recipients Updated
Previously, when a user submitted a pre-approval request, only their assigned supervisor received a notification. This limited visibility for admins and required additional follow-up to monitor requests.
Now, both the supervisor and admins receive notifications when a pre-approval request is submitted. This ensures broader awareness and faster action on budget requests.
Admins can manage this behavior in User Notifications under A budget has been requested.
Transfer Failure and Account Alert Notifications
We added alerts to improve visibility into transfer issues and account connectivity. Admins receive email notifications for failed automated transfers and expiring bank account tokens, while admins see in-app errors for failed manual transfers.
Admins are also notified by email when a connected bank account token is about to expire, prompting reauthentication to prevent disruptions. These updates help reduce failed transfers and ensure continued account connectivity.
