Manage Users' Billing Addresses

Billing addresses are tied to user profiles, not individual cards. Each user has one cardholder profile used across all physical and virtual cards, so Admins can update a billing address once and have it apply everywhere. Updates also carry forward automatically to replacement or renewed cards.

By default, each user’s billing address matches your company address. Admins can customize the billing address per user when needed.

Before You Begin

Only an Emburse Cards Admin can update a user’s billing address.

  • The updated billing address applies to all cards assigned to that user.
  • New cards issued to that user use the updated billing address going forward.

Update A User's Billing Address

Use the People page to update billing details for a specific user.

1. Log in to the Emburse Cards dashboard as an Admin, then select Settings.
2. In the Admin menu, select People, then select the user from the list.

3. In Billing Details, select Edit.

4. Update the billing address, then select Update.

The updated billing address applies automatically to all new and existing cards assigned to that user.
