Manage Users' Billing Addresses

Credit card billing addresses are tied to users' profiles rather than to individual cards. Each user has a single cardholder profile used across all their physical and virtual cards, making it easy for admins to manage billing addresses in bulk. Additionally, the correct information will be applied automatically when users receive renewed or replacement cards.

By default each user's billing address will match your company's address, but an administrator may customize it for each user if necessary.  

Only an administrator may update a user's billing address.
  • The updated billing address will automatically apply to all cards assigned to that user.
  • All new cards will automatically use the new billing address going forward.

Update a User's Billing Address

1. Log in to the Emburse Cards Dashboard as an admin and click on  Settings.

2. In the Admin menu on the left, click People, then click on the user's name in the list.

3. Scroll down to the Billing Details section and click Edit

4.  Edit the user's billing address and click Update.

All new and previously assigned cards for that user will automatically be updated with the new billing address.
