Administrative Tasks

Use the tasks list on the Dashboard to track items that need attention, such as approvals, coding, or missing receipts. Tasks help you stay current so transactions can be reviewed and finalized on time.

View Tasks

Any member can view tasks by selecting Dashboard in the account.

Tasks appear for purchases that need approval or review, expenses that need to be categorized, and receipts that need to be added.

Complete A Task

Select any task to open it and complete the required action. For example, you can filter for transactions that are missing receipts and reconcile the expense by uploading a receipt.
