Report a Card as Damaged From the Card View
Users can now report a physical card as damaged directly from the card view. When a card is marked as damaged, the system automatically creates a replacement card request and guides the user through confirming a shipping address.
This update reduces delays caused by manual support requests and helps cardholders get replacement cards faster with fewer steps. See Report a Damaged Card for detailed instructions.
Deployment Schedule: Available to all customers. Applies only to cards issued on or after January 14, 2026.
