Improvements

CARDS

Order Replacement Cards When Reporting Fraudulent Charges

When reporting a fraudulent charge during a chargeback, you can now choose whether to order a replacement card as part of the dispute workflow. Previously, cancelled cards required a separate follow-up action to issue a replacement.

The updated flow removes unnecessary possession and lost/stolen questions and streamlines the dispute experience. You may also choose Do Not Order a Replacement Card if a replacement is not needed. See Request a Chargeback for detailed instructions.

Deployment Schedule: Available to all customers. Applies only to cards issued on or after January 14, 2026.

Bug Fixes

CARDS

Corrected Cardholder Name on Printed Cards

Previously, when an administrator updated a user’s name, the change was not propagated to the associated Stripe cardholder record. As a result, newly issued physical cards could be printed with an incorrect cardholder name.

User name updates now sync correctly to related Stripe cardholders before card issuance. Previously issued cards are not retroactively updated.

BUDGETS

Corrected Budget Display After Update to $0

When an administrator updated a card budget to $0, the previous balance could still appear in the interface. This created inaccurate financial visibility. Budget updates now correctly reflect the configured amount in the card details view.
