How Do I Activate A Physical Card?
Only the assigned cardholder can activate a physical Emburse Card. Admins cannot activate cards on behalf of another user.
For security reasons, full card details are not visible in the Emburse Cards dashboard. You must have the physical card in hand to complete activation.
New users may not see a call option when logging in for the first time or during activation.
Before You Begin
Make sure you are assigned to the card in Emburse Cards and have received the physical card.
Follow the instructions on the sticker attached to the card.
Activate Your Card Online
You can activate your card using the activation page.

Enter your email address. This should match the email where you received the card notification. |

Check your email for an activation message. |

Open the email and select Activate Your Card. |
|
5. |
Enter the last four digits of your card and the expiration date shown on the card. |

Confirm the card details and select Activate Card. |
If you receive an error, log in to your account to confirm the card has not already been activated.
Activate From The Dashboard
You can also activate an unactivated physical card from your dashboard.

Select the unactivated physical card. |

Check the I have read and agree to the Emburse Cardholder Agreement option, and then select ACTIVATE CARD. |

Include the last four digits of the card and a screenshot of any error message to help speed resolution.
