Physical Card Not Delivered? Check Shipping Status And Request A Replacement

If your physical card has not arrived, you can review the shipping details and take action if needed.

Check The Shipping Address And Estimated Delivery Date

Follow these steps to view the shipping information for your card.

1. Go to the Cards page.
2. Select the card to view the shipping address and estimated delivery date.

If The Card Was Not Delivered

If the card was sent to the wrong address or has not arrived within seven business days after the estimated delivery date, cancel the card and create a new one.

If you are not an admin, contact your account admin to request a replacement card.

You cannot change the shipping address after a card is created. Once created, the card enters production and cannot be redirected.

At this time, tracking information is not available for shipped cards.

Cancel An Unactivated Card

Cancel the card before ordering a replacement.

1. Go to the Cards page filtered for unactivated cards.
2. Select the arrow next to the card.
3. Select Cancel.

Order A Replacement Card

After canceling the original card, create a new card using the standard card creation process.
