Migration to Mastercard Small Business Card Completed

Eligible Emburse Cards programs have been transitioned to the Mastercard Small Business Card network to maintain continued card acceptance and network compatibility.

As part of this transition, all existing cards on the previous network were cancelled and reissued as Mastercard Small Business Cards. Previously issued cards on the former network are no longer active and can no longer be used for transactions.

Customers should activate and distribute their newly issued replacement cards to continue card usage without interruption.

For step-by-step instructions, see Transition Emburse Cards to Emburse Mastercard Small Business Card in the help center.

Additional Lost and Stolen Card Replacement Option

We added a new option to the lost and stolen card workflow that allows users to report a card without automatically requesting a replacement. Previously, reporting a lost or stolen card always initiated replacement card issuance. Users can now choose whether a replacement card should be created during the reporting process.See Report and Replace a Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Card for more information.
