Transactions: Reports And Filters

Use the Transactions page to review expenses, generate visual reports, and filter data for auditing or analysis.

Access The Transactions Page

View transaction data based on your role and permissions.

Select Transactions to view expenses and card activity in your account.

Owners, Admins, Reviewers, Managers, and Accountants can view all transactions. Members can view only transactions associated with their own expenses.

Adjust Date And Amount Filters

Refine results by time frame and transaction value.

Use the Dates & Amounts section to filter transactions by a specific date range and dollar amount.

Use Reports

Generate visual summaries of transaction data.

Select Reports to display charts based on your selected time frame.

Report By Date

View transaction trends over time.

When viewing by Date, a line chart displays transactions for the selected time period.

Report By Group

Compare transactions across categories or entities.

Select Group to display a pie chart and percentage breakdown of transactions for the selected time frame. You can group data by:

  • Card

  • Member

  • Category

  • Custom Fields (for example, departments)

  • Location

Select Reports again to collapse the chart view.

Use Filters

Narrow down transactions to find specific data for auditing or reporting.

Use the available filters to locate transactions based on one or more criteria, including:

  • Expense Policy: Assigned task, Pending approval, Ready for review, or Missing receipts.

  • Cards: View transactions for one or more specific cards.

  • People: View transactions associated with a specific person.

  • Categories: Filter by one or more categories.

  • Custom Fields (Departments): View transactions associated with a custom field.

  • Locations: View transactions associated with one or more locations.

View Filtered Results

Select any transaction to review its full details and activity.

You can filter transactions in a specific city across selected categories within a defined date range.
