Transfer Funds To Your Emburse Cards Account (US Only)

This article explains how Admins can transfer funds into a connected US bank account, how long transfers take, and how banking holidays affect availability.

Before You Transfer Funds

After you connect a bank account, Admins can transfer funds into your Emburse Cards account.

If your bank account has ACH fraud protection enabled, provide your bank with the following ACH IDs to allow Emburse Cards to debit and credit your account. Provide all codes listed below.

Transfer Funds

1. Select Account Details.
2. Select Transfer.

3. Complete the required fields.
  • Bank Account: Select the connected bank account.
  • Amount: Enter the transfer amount in US dollars.
  • Memo: Optional. Add a description for the transfer.
4. Select Review Transfer.
5. Review the transfer details.
6. Select Confirm Transfer.

After confirmation, a message appears indicating the transfer has been created.

View Transfer History

1. Select History.
2. Review pending and completed transfers.

The History page shows the bank account, amount, date, memo if entered, and the Admin who initiated the transfer if automated transfers are not enabled.

When Funds Become Available

Transfers typically take between half a business day and one full business day.

If you submit a transfer before 1 PM PT, funds are generally available at 5 PM PT the same business day. Transfers submitted after 1 PM PT are processed the next business day. Friday transfers may post on Sunday or Monday depending on submission time.

Banking Holidays

Transfers are not processed on US banking holidays. If a transfer is submitted on a banking holiday, funds are available one business day later than the standard schedule.

If a transfer is submitted at 10 AM PT on Memorial Day Monday, funds are available Tuesday at 5 PM PT.
