Emburse Cards My Cards Page
This article explains what you can do on the My Cards page, what information you can view for each card, and which actions are available from the card summary and the card details view.
The My Cards page in Emburse Cards is your central hub for managing your corporate cards. From this page, you can see your assigned cards, review balances, view transactions, and take key actions in one place.
Main Sections on the My Cards Page
Card Summary
Each card listed on the My Cards page displays the following information:
| Item | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Card number | Last 4 digits of the card number. |
| Cardholder | Cardholder name. |
| Budget and balance | Monthly budget and available balance. |
| Spend-to-date | Spend-to-date summary (for example, “$0.00 spent since April 1”). |
| Utilization ring | Visual indicator showing how much of your monthly budget is used. |
| Actions menu | Three-dot menu with quick controls. |
Access Card Details
You can open the card details view in either of the following ways:
- Select the card.
- Select View from the three-dot actions menu.
The card details view provides complete card information and additional management options.
Card Details View
The card details view can include the following information (depending on card type and permissions):
| Information | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Cardholder | Assigned cardholder name. |
| Virtual card details | Full card number, expiration date, and CVC (virtual cards only). |
| Billing address | Billing address for the cardholder profile. |
| Status | Card status (for example, Active or Suspended). |
| Budget and spend | Monthly budget and current spend. |
Card Actions
Actions available to you may vary by role and card type.
Status Options
Select the status button (for example, Active) to access these options:
| Option | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Suspend Card | Temporarily disables the card. This action is reversible. |
| Cancel Card | Permanently disables the card. This action is irreversible. |
| Lost or Stolen | Starts the process to deactivate and reissue the card. See Report and Replace a Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Card . |
More Menu Options
Select More to access these options:
| Option | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Add to Mobile Wallet | Adds your virtual card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet. See Add a Virtual Card to a Mobile Wallet. |
| View Transactions | Shows your card spending history. |
| Request Funds | Submits a request to increase the spending limit, if enabled by your administrator. |
Quick Tips
- Manage your cards at app.emburse.com/cards.
- Use Suspend to temporarily disable your card without canceling it.
- Use Lost or Stolen immediately if your card is compromised.
- Use Add to Mobile Wallet for easier use on the go.
