How Billing Addresses Work

Credit card billing addresses are tied to your user profile rather than to individual cards. Each user has one cardholder profile that applies to all assigned physical and virtual cards.

View Your Billing Address

To view the billing address used for all your Emburse Cards:

Edit the Billing Address

Only an administrator can edit your card billing address. Contact your organization’s Emburse Cards administrator to request an update.

Which Address Is Used for Billing

By default, your billing address matches your company’s address. An administrator can customize the billing address if needed, see Manage Users' Billing Addresses.

When updated, the billing address automatically applies to all cards assigned to you. New cards will use the updated billing address going forward.
